In 2018 VELESSTROY and LUKOIL-Neizhegorodnefteorgsintez signed a contract for the construction of offsite facilities at the Petroleum Residue Recycling Complex and PENEX Isomerisation Unit.

At the PENEX Isomerization Unit construction site we have completed 85% of the welding and installation activities and have commenced the electrical works - installation of the power and instrumentation cables; simultaneously, we are installing the external water supply and sewage lines and performing the site improvements, at the Offsite facilities of the Petroleum Residue Recycling Complex the welding and installation activities are 69% finished. 

Construction is schedulled to end in 2021.
